p. 36:

In equation (5), the expression for +\overline{s}_2 on the bottom line of the equation should have log(V_2/(V_1 + V_2)) but instead has V_1 as the numerator. This is corrected in equation (6).

p. 44:

In equation (33) at the bottom of the page, the quantity of interest is S_A, not B_A.
